Pioneering the future of power testing and monitoring
WIND GENERATOR MONITORING

Wind Generator monitoring
The POWER VIEW WCM 10 vibration sensors (3 sensors gearbox, 1 rotor blade , 2 on main bearing and 2 on generator and 2 on tower and nacelle. All sensors come in metal housings with magnetic support. System also includes 3 Leakage current sensors, 1 generation current sensor( for monitoring generated current ) and 18 temperature sensors 10 for monitoring bearings temperature and 8 for monitoring stator temperature .
The Generator Leakage currents sensors do harmonics analysis (measuring the current which flows through the insulation for detecting all types of insulation failures such as surface wet insulation , PD, aged insulation etc.

Wind Generator Insulation, mechanical and electrical monitoring
Insulation, mechanical and electrical monitoring and alarming using the generator as a sensor with basic machine learning.
Wind Generators are prone to failures due to pour craftmanship, improper maintenance, material imperfection stress etc. One of the most common failure on wind generators are the gearbox failure , generator insulation failure ,bearings failure , joints and support failures The WCM monitors:- Relative vibrations on the rotor blade side
• Leakage currents (current flows through insulation in all types of insulation failures)
• 3 axial vibrations with FFT (for bearings , diagnostics, magnetic related problems diagnostics, reductor or gearbox diagnostics, coupling diagnostics and fans and pump diagnostics
• stator temperature (for detecting insulation and overloading failures in the earliest stage)
• Bearings temperature (for detecting bearings failure at the earliest stage)
• Load current (for overloading detection and service life extension)

MLS Wind Generator monitoring
This is where our innovative High-Voltage Generator Monitoring MLS steps in, offering a cutting-edge solution to monitor, diagnose, and safeguard wind generators. By leveraging basic machine learning algorithms, this monitoring device learns the generator’s “known good condition” during normal operation and continuously monitors key parameters. Unlike conventional monitoring systems, this device transforms the generator itself into a highly precise sensor, enabling unparalleled accuracy and efficiency in detecting potential issues.

Wind fire alarm monitoring
The PEP Smoke Alarm is designed specifically for integration into remote radio reading systems, offering superior protection and convenience. With annual remote inspections via Substation Digital ®, it eliminates the need for on-site visits. Its advanced environmental monitoring can detect objects within at least a 50 cm radius, ensuring optimal performance
